I’ve mentioned Beachbody’s “Netflix” of fitness before, its streaming platform for all the fitness programs. It’s so much more than that, I try to use it to it’s fullest. Of late, for the many meal plans and food ideas that I have just at my fingertips.
I recently tried this snack from the T25 Fast track meal plan and it did not disappoint.
I’m not a huge fan of ricotta, but this snack is not only easy, it’s delicious!
1/3 Cup of part-skim ricotta cheese
1/4 Cup frozen or fresh berries
1 tsp. of slivered almonds
Dash of cinnamon
I used frozen blueberries and once they thawed slightly and mixed everything together, this snack almost reminds me of ice-cream! Yum!
