I have been following Skinny Taste aka Gina Homolka for some time on social media, and was recently gifted her latest cookbook.
I honestly use it weekly. So far there has yet to be a recipe that we all haven’t liked.
This cookbook categorizes it’s method of preparation as “slow” aka slow cooker or fast (quick fix).
