Core De Force Results!
Okay everyone here it is! My results after two rounds of CORE DE FORCE.
Core De Force is one of many Beachbody Programs. This workout is 30 days of mixed martial arts-inspired workouts designed to slash inches off your waist, blast belly fat, and sculpt total-body defnition—no equipment needed.
This program was SO MUCH FUN. It was a nice change outside of lifting weights and HIIT type workouts.
I lost a total of 3 inches mostly from hips and thighs. While my other measurements and weight pretty much stayed the same, you can see this program definitely helped me get more defined.
Top Row: Beginning of Round 1
Middle Row: Came back from vacation half way through Round 1and had a great time at Disneyland. Indulged in great food, was bloated for sure – oops
Bottom Row: (I’m obviously flexing – duh) After Round 2 and dialling in my nutrition
May I add while I keep my nutrition relatively clean during the weekdays, during this time –> I did have burgers, fries, beer, wine, got carried away at a birthday party (plus a 4 day hangover 😬), had McDonalds at 4 am, ice cream, tacos, nachos and more.
Point is I don’t sit in a bubble doing push ups and eat Kale all day. I stick to a fitness program (at home) usually 30 minutes in length. I drink a superfoods nutrient dense shake daily, I eat relatively clean… but I have FUN too and live life AND you can still get results.
