Grilled Hoisin Salmon


Want an easy peasy Salmon marinade? I’m still mastering cooking fish, I always overcook it in fear that it’s not cooked enough. Anyone else feel me?

I love salmon and this recipe is my go to every time. It’s delicious on the grill or baked in the oven.

1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup frozen orange juice
1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp grated ginger

  • Add marinade and salmon in a ziplock bag and let it sit 2-3 hrs in the fridge.
  • Cook on a grill or in the oven at 375F for approximately 30 minutes depending on the size of your salmon
